How to enter cheats:

While playing the game, press the Up button on the D-Pad to display Niko's cell phone. Press Up again and you'll be able to see the phone's numbered buttons which are used to dial various numbers. Using the D-Pad toggle over the appropriate buttons in the same order, pressing Cross to enter them. After you've the 10 digit code, the phone will automatically shift the cursor to the 'Call' button. Press Cross again and it will activate the cheat. Once a code has been entered correctly, 'Cheat Activated' message will appear  and a new "Cheats" menu option will be available on your phone, below "Options", where you can access the cheats without having to enter the phone number again.

Note: That cheats will affect missions and entitlements, do not save the game after enabling a code to avoid unforeseen problems. You can usually only spawn one vehicle at a time. Any previously spawned vehicles will disappear. However, if you spawn a vehicle, save the game, and load again, you can spawn another one and your original will not disappear. You must have it in your parking space in front of a safehouse or it will be gone before you have a chance to spawn another.

Blood Brothers Get a Raise

A hard choice, Derrick or Francis. Well, if money is you're game, get a raise for sniping Derrick by calling Francis. You get 20,000 if you call Francis before killing Derrick. You also get Francis' Clear Wanted Ability.
