Welcome to Carcer City home of the rich the poor and everything in between, you play Claude, the main protagonist from GTA3, you have moved to Carcer City as you were driven out after being shot by Columbian cartel and chased out by them and cops. You arrive in a boat with only 8 Ball and Maria as company where will you go next?
Beta 1.5 Released
it is a stand alone installer so use a fresh install of SA, it includes paths, zones, gangs, hightened water level car spawning and clothes shopping along with some new interiors and some other generic map objects.
